1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KIITHub.in, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any updates made from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility and Access

KIITHub is an academic platform exclusively designed for students of KIIT University. Access is restricted to users who authenticate using a valid @kiit.ac.in email address.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are currently affiliated with KIIT University and that all information provided by you is accurate and up to date.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of KIITHub, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Use the platform strictly for academic and educational purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Respect platform rules, content restrictions, and system limitations
Avoid actions that may compromise platform security or performance
Report unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sharing, redistributing, or reselling KIITHub content outside the platform
Downloading, screen recording, scraping, or copying study materials
Using developer tools, scripts, automation, or extensions to bypass restrictions
Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or manipulate platform features
Interfering with platform security, performance, or user experience

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent blockingwithout prior notice.

5. Subscription, Pricing, and Semester Access

KIITHub currently operates on a semester based access model. Access purchased for a semester is valid only for that academic semester.

Pricing, features, and access limits may be revised in future semesters based on platform usage, infrastructure costs, and feature expansion.

Current pricing applies only to the active semester
Future semesters may have revised pricing or plans
Access does not automatically carry over to the next semester

Continued use of the platform in future semesters will require acceptance of the updated pricing and terms applicable at that time.

6. Changes to Terms

KIITHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect legal requirements, platform improvements, or policy updates.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
